Once water starts to infiltrate you home, it will do a lot of damage in a little bit of time. According to the owner of this home, most of this damage has appeared in the past year. While repairing the wood and repainting is an option, he decided to go with a virtually maintenance free solution.

All soft wood has been replaced. A premium vinyl siding has been installed as well as new soffit and fascia. The garage doors have been covered with a pvc coated aluminum. A new gable vent finishes it off. All materials and workmanship carry a lifetime warranty.

Custom Cabinets

This kitchen had a lot of wasted space. We relocated the refridgerator and some ductwork in the floor, and then built several sets of upper and lower cabinets to match what was currently in the kitchen.

Roof Reframing, Edwards, MO

This is what we started with. A small lake house that has seen better days. It had several additions, each with its own roof. The owner wanted a standard gabled roof, to unify the look of the structure, while adding a porch ceiling on the front, and room for an upstairs area. 

This picture shows the fractured look of the home. We removed everything down to the walls and started fresh.

From the front you can see we added a 7 foot porch ceiling while removing the old chimney. There is now room for a couple bedrooms upstairs, or a master bedroom/bath.

Once the homeowner finishes the exterior walls, this will finally look like a complete house!
